FIRST OFFICIAL FEI SEMINAR FOR STEWARDS

A course lasted three days, the questions of general and veterinary regulation came into question, safety on stables, dressage rules, as well as stewarding in Ukraine and abroad.

Director of the seminar, Jan Poslushniy (Poland), official representative of FEI, spared much attention for practical training, but theoretical course was no less interesting. In the morning of the first day participants handed over an entrance test, and after completing the course, they hold oral and written qualifying exam.

Participation in the seminar and the successful handing over of the final test gave the opportunity to our stewards to serve international competitions; many of them got the status of international steward.

«I am very glad that EFU spares due attention to the preparation of the specialists in the stewarding sphere, the realization of official seminar is a next step in the direction of balanced development of equestrian sports in Ukraine. Now, I hope, courses for stewards will be compulsory annual event. And therein FEI will render the support to the Ukrainian specialists» — summed up the chief-steward, director of seminar, Jan Poslushnyi.
